This makes me feel angry and sad. I don't understand the speaker's point of view at all.

There is no God or any sort. I wish people would stop ruining thier lives by thinking there is. It makes me feel very sorry for these people and the way they ruin thier lives and the people around them, including thier childrens.

I totally agree with what this woman i saying, i think when you need to forfill something this big such as a child religion shouldn't get in the way. If there is a god and he is this good and forgiving man he would understand the need.

IVF! ummm sometimes there are reasons why a human body can not produce, and there is no god forsaken rule that every human shoud be able to reproduce. Perhaps we should stand back sometimes and allow nature to rule!

This makes me feel glad. It reinforced what I already believed.

I think Anya sizer is very lucky, she got her family and found comfort in her faith and in God. I felt touched by what she said and hopeful that other woman can succeed in getting their family. Some people with strong views against IVF should take a long hard look at yourselves and take a few minutes to think.
Think about the women who are told they can not have children naturally and think about how that would make that woman feel how devestated she would be. She has been wanting to be a mother... needing to be a mummy for as long as she can remember. Her world has come to an end. This is the end the hardest journey she is about to face - she does not know who to turn to. No one can make her feel better. Especially if her infertility is her problem - but God is there, he listens. You can find comfort in speaking to someone and it gives you hope. Then the Dr informs her that there is hope - assisted conception. She is likely to jump at the chance - the chance to be a mother a chance that other people take for granted.

So people really should stop and think before they judge infertile woman who are trying to make a better life, to give love, and to find comfort in whatever way they find works for them.
You never know what around the corner.

When your in need who would you turn to? What if there really is a God who could have been helping you.

Give God a chance to do a miracle? So God needs help from us mere mortals who He created to help Him? This doesn't make sense unless you put it in the context that God / god does not really exist. If He created the earth and universe and all things around us including all the laws of physics and all that we know and all that we have yet to discover surely he is far greater than to need a bit of advice and a push in the right direction in reproduction of new life? Am I missing the point?

If a person wishes to use science to help them have children then fine but stop kidding yourself about false gods and stop wasting your time worrying about what a non-entity might be thinking of you for the very personal choices you make about your own life.
