I think this lady is very brave to make this film. I hope that whatever she received from the healing can also comfort her.

Faith healing?

Looking forward to next weeks film. Should we make human sacrifices to the Sun god?

There is such thing as "Spirtual healing" and also "Divine Healing"
Spirtual healing is brouht about by "Spiritualism" which the bible condemns ,this power is demonic, yes it may work but its wrong. In ACTS 16 the girl was able to tell tell fortunes actually which brought the man that controlled her much gain through fortune telling, she had powers to know who Paul and Silas was although never before set eyes upon them .Paul cast out the demons from here, her masters saw her power had gone ,and brought Paul and Silas before the magistrates and punished them. In the old testament also we are warned about such practices giving heed to familar spirits, which are condemned. On the other hand "Divine healing " is available subject to the will of God, this is what God does either through prayer, and laying of hands or anointing with oil.

Faith healing - it is all in the mind but if it makes her feel better then I guess that's okay. Like all believes as long as you keep it to yourself and not force it on anyone else then fine by me

There's no peer reviewed evidence for it working.

The claim that there is no hard evidence that spiritual healing works does not tally with the huge amount of people who have received the benefits of it - it is simply that no-one has compiled the evidence. Blessings to all in your good health and happiness.

What a brave lady to speak on television about something which is obviously so recent and so painful to her. Yes, I do believe in spiritual healing. Even if does not produce a miracle, the comfort it provides is beyond measure, as Ann Fergusson makes abundantly clear.

Only one thing is on the mind of the healer: MONEY!

They say anything you want to hear... so you feel good and pay vasts amounts of cash...

I cannot believe that anyone is allowed to peddle this rubbish as truth. Belief in faith healing, which is nothing but mumbo-jumbo and trickery directly leads to the death of so many poor, gullible people who reject proper medical treatment in favour of this junk. This woman cannot prove a word of what she is saying and she should not be allowed to say this kind of thing without proof. If she had turned up and declared that she knew someone who can walk on water and raise the dead there would be gullible suckers thanking her for showing just how misguided the rest of us are for thinking she is talking tosh.
