Leroy Rosenior
Football fans have long memories and Luis Suárez will now be remembered for refusing to shake Patrice Evra's hand.

I was at a football match where hundreds of fans were verbally abusing an isolated female fan of the opposing team with sexist insults. Needless to say she didn't complain and would have had no recourse to law if she had.

What may have changed is that open racist comments are not publicly made as often as before. But now such comments are said behind closed doors or through fictitious profiles in cyberspace.

In London the amount of times that some white, Asian or others crosses the road rather than walk towards my direction on the pavement is incredulous.Even happened this morning.

It's even worse when you are walking behind some white men and women and Asian women. Then their bags are squeezed tighter and they are constantly trying to look behind covertly to see how close to them I am walking.

But some of us blacks don't help matters with our own racist languages. E.g if a black person is dating a non black person - terms like sell out dont help things.

So a lot of people out there may not be making racist comments (or even admit to it) but their body language subconsciously (or consciously) gives the game away.

UK govts over the past 10 ten years discuss immigration policy using birt speak words such as "non-EU migrants" people as their targets for restriction. What does that term really mean?

Always believed if from a young age all of us had our DNA done then we'd under stand that we are not all as we'd like to believe by just the colour of our skin. Then that might help improve our understanding and respect for cultures from an early age.

V.good film BUT why is it acceptable to use the word Ginger to people with red hair? This is worse than racial abuse. Red hair is lovely,a rich colour that does fade with age,but does not go grey. Why is it allowed for the word "ginger" to be used? and to be acceptable on T.V.

Leroy, on behalf of Leeds fans i can only apologise if that's how we made you feel. After the likes of Albert, TC, The Chief and Big Tony Y we have changed. We still loved to be hated, we thrive on being hate because WE ARE LEEDS! MOT

10,000 Leeds fans giving Nazi salute ? Don't think so ! You saw what you wanted to see - bet it was the Leeds salute and why later in interview did you say 1000 ?

I wonder if he is confusing the Leeds salute to the Nazi salute, they are quite similar.
