Its not the first time people have been treated like that, cast your mind back to how the irish have been treated for years in international airports and on streets of other countries just because of their accent. This treatment went on during, between and well after "the troubles" ended.

Seriously what did you expect to happen when you downloaded a terrorist manual?

This makes me feel angry, confused, glad, angry, confused and glad.

Hello; did you expect lenient treatment from the authorities as you had downloaded an Al Queda training manual? Mr PhD! Think about who/where you are - Saudi or Iranian or Pakistani nationals would be unlikely to be released after one week in there own countries if questioned! Get real: mostly young Pakistani males were responsible for 7/7. Is it so unreasonable to target a specific minority group for questioning.? GET SOME HUMILITY. TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. Condemn your (our) fanatic Islamofascist contemporaries; not the security forces that are required to protect us all including you and your worried Mum.

Don't download terrorist manuals; don't associate with jihadists or expect to get arrested
