Dog bless you, Ira.
I love my dog and would never ever abandon him...no matter what.

A dog is for life, not just for Xmas. I hate dog breeders. Ira,thank humanity that you made this video. Too many people think of themselves or other people and forget animals. Amazingly my local shelter thanked people for donating "chickens" and "sausages" to their animal home. Dead chickens and dead pigs are hardly in keeping with looking after animals.
I have nothing but admiration and respect for those who put animals welfare before their own. Ironically,it is the dogma of religion with it's "god made in man's image" that tends to make the human ego bloat itself into thinking we are superior to other creatures.
This is the best message I have heard on 4thought - EVER.

Thanks to Ira and the others at All Dogs Matter I adopted my Mummy a year ago and we're the happiest; wooofiest; waggiest we've ever been. We try to support ADM and their woofastic work as much as we can. Please everyone, even a small donation can make a huge difference so that other dogs like me can be looked after.
Licks to everyone

People do not understand the responsibility of having animals. I like dogs however I would not have one because I know I would not have the time to commit to be a good owner. I feel it is time for people to have yearly renewable licenses or pay a yearly fee to own dogs and have to volunteer for a period of time in a dog shelter etc for a course to learn what is the implication of having a pet, how to train a dog, etc before they can have a pet.

People spend a lot on collars and clothes etc for dog and cats how about a yearly license which includes a fee for someone to pick up the muck which is left behind these dogs on walks. A high level of owners are proud owners of dogs but do not realise they are responsible for cleaning up muck of their dogs also.

If animals and humans are all the same same then why do people own any animals, or eat any animals.

Nice sentiments but the truth behind the scenes at some animal "rescues" is not as compassionate as this video would have you believe. Thousands of animals are killed within the rescue system each year in the U.K. Its often more likley that SOME dogs matter not ALL.
